Punto Banco Practices and Plan
Punto Banco Policies
Baccarat banque is played with 8 decks of cards in a dealing shoe. Cards valued less than ten are valued at face value while at the same time 10, J, Q, K are zero, and Ace is one. Bets are placed on the ‘bank’, the ‘player’, or on a tie (these aren’t actual people; they just represent the two hands to be dealt).
Two hands of 2 cards are then given to the ‘house’ and ‘player’. The total for every hand is the total of the cards, however the first digit is dropped. e.g., a hand of five and six has a score of one (five plus 6 equals 11; drop the 1st ‘1′).
A 3rd card may be given using the following rules:
- If the player or banker achieves a score of 8 or nine, both players hold.
- If the gambler has less than five, she hits. Players otherwise hold.
- If the gambler stands, the bank takes a card on five or lower. If the gambler takes a card, a guide is used to decide if the banker stays or hits.
Punto Banco Odds
The higher of the two scores wins. Winning bets on the bank pay out 19:20 (even payout less a 5% rake. Commission are tracked and cleared out when you quit the table so ensure you have cash left over before you leave). Winning wagers on the player pays 1:1. Winning wagers for tie typically pays out at eight to one but on occasion 9 to 1. (This is a poor wager as ties happen lower than 1 in every ten hands. Avoid betting on a tie. However odds are substantially better for 9 to 1 vs. 8:1)
Wagered on properly baccarat banque offers relatively good odds, apart from the tie wager of course.
Baccarat Banque Method
As with all games baccarat banque has quite a few general false impressions. One of which is the same as a false impression in roulette. The past is not a harbinger of events about to happen. Recording previous outcomes on a page of paper is a bad use of paper and a snub to the tree that was cut down for our paper needs.
The most accepted and possibly the most accomplished method is the 1-3-2-6 technique. This method is employed to pump up winnings and limit losses.
Start by placing one chip. If you win, add another to the two on the table for a sum total of 3 units on the second bet. If you win you will have six on the game table, subtract 4 so you have two on the 3rd round. Should you win the 3rd round, add two on the four on the game table for a total of 6 on the fourth bet.
Should you do not win on the initial bet, you take a hit of one. A profit on the initial bet followed by a hit on the second brings about a loss of 2. Wins on the first two with a defeat on the 3rd provides you with a profit of 2. And success on the first 3 with a defeat on the 4th means you are even. Winning at all 4 rounds gives you with twelve, a gain of ten. This means you can not win on the second wager five instances for every successful streak of four bets and still experience no loss.
