Baccarat Regulations and Plan

[ English ]

Baccarat Banque Standards

Baccarat is played with 8 decks of cards in a shoe. Cards below ten are counted at their printed number while 10, J, Q, K are zero, and Ace is 1. Bets are made on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these aren’t actual people; they just represent the two hands to be dealt).

Two cards are dealt to both the ‘bank’ and ‘gambler’. The value for each hand is the sum of the cards, but the first number is dropped. For example, a hand of five and six has a total of 1 (5 plus six = eleven; ignore the initial ‘one’).

A 3rd card could be dealt based on the rules below:

- If the gambler or house has a value of 8 or nine, both players stay.

- If the gambler has five or lower, he hits. Players holds otherwise.

- If the player stays, the house hits on a value less than 5. If the player hits, a table is used to figure out if the banker holds or takes a card.

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Odds

The greater of the 2 totals wins. Winning wagers on the house pay out 19 to 20 (equal cash less a five percent commission. Commission are recorded and paid off when you quit the game so make sure you still have funds remaining just before you quit). Winning wagers on the gambler pay 1 to 1. Winning bets for tie normally pays out at 8 to 1 but occasionally nine to one. (This is a poor wager as a tie occurs lower than 1 in every 10 hands. Be wary of gambling on a tie. Although odds are substantially better for 9:1 versus 8:1)

Wagered on properly baccarat chemin de fer offers fairly decent odds, apart from the tie bet of course.

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Scheme

As with all games punto banco has a few common misunderstandings. One of which is the same as a misconception in roulette. The past isn’t a fore-teller of events yet to happen. Tracking past outcomes at a table is a bad use of paper and an affront to the tree that was cut down for our stationary needs.

The most accepted and possibly the most accomplished strategy is the 1-3-2-6 tactic. This tactic is employed to build up winnings and limit risk.

Start by wagering one chip. If you succeed, add one more to the two on the game table for a sum of 3 units on the second bet. If you succeed you will retain 6 on the table, take away four so you have 2 on the 3rd round. If you succeed on the 3rd bet, add 2 on the four on the table for a sum total of 6 on the fourth bet.

If you lose on the initial round, you take a loss of one. A profit on the 1st bet followed by a loss on the second causes a hit of two. Wins on the initial 2 with a defeat on the third provides you with a gain of two. And wins on the first 3 with a hit on the 4th means you balance the books. Winning at all four wagers gives you with twelve, a profit of ten. This means you are able to lose the 2nd bet five times for every successful run of 4 bets and in the end, balance the books.
