Punto Banco Rules

Baccarat is bet on with 8 decks of cards in a dealer’s shoe. Cards valued less than ten are counted at their printed value and with 10, J, Q, K are zero, and A is one. Wagers are placed on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these are not actual people; they just represent the two hands that are dealt).

Two hands of two cards are then dealt to the ‘banker’ and ‘player’. The total for every hand is the sum of the cards, however the 1st number is dumped. e.g., a hand of five and 6 has a value of 1 (five plus six equals 11; dump the initial ‘1′).

A additional card could be dealt using the rules below:

- If the gambler or banker has a value of eight or 9, the two players stay.

- If the gambler has five or lower, he takes a card. Players otherwise hold.

- If the player stays, the bank hits on five or less. If the player hits, a guide is employed to figure out if the banker stands or hits.

Baccarat Odds

The better of the 2 totals wins. Winning bets on the house payout 19 to 20 (equal cash minus a 5% commission. Commission are tracked and cleared out when you leave the table so make sure you still have cash remaining before you leave). Winning wagers on the player pay 1 to 1. Winning wagers for tie usually pay 8 to 1 but on occasion nine to one. (This is a bad bet as a tie occurs less than one in every 10 hands. Be wary of wagering on a tie. Although odds are astonishingly greater for 9 to 1 vs. 8 to 1)

Gambled on properly baccarat banque provides relatively decent odds, apart from the tie bet of course.

Baccarat Banque Method

As with all games Baccarat has some accepted misconceptions. One of which is the same as a misunderstanding in roulette. The past is not an indicator of future events. Keeping track of past results at a table is a bad use of paper and an insult to the tree that was cut down for our paper needs.

The most familiar and definitely the most successful scheme is the one-three-two-six tactic. This technique is used to pump up earnings and minimizing losses.

Begin by placing one chip. If you succeed, add another to the 2 on the game table for a sum total of three units on the second bet. Should you succeed you will retain 6 on the table, remove 4 so you keep 2 on the third wager. Should you come away with a win on the third bet, deposit 2 on the four on the game table for a grand total of 6 on the fourth round.

If you don’t win on the initial round, you take a hit of one. A profit on the initial wager followed by a hit on the 2nd causes a loss of two. Success on the 1st two with a hit on the 3rd gives you with a gain of two. And wins on the 1st three with a defeat on the fourth means you break even. Succeeding at all 4 rounds gives you with 12, a gain of 10. This means you are able to give up the second bet 5 instances for each successful streak of 4 bets and still experience no loss.
