Punto Banco Rules

Punto banco is wagered on with eight decks in a dealing shoe. Cards under 10 are worth face value and with 10, J, Q, K are zero, and Ace is 1. Wagers are made on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these are not really people; they just represent the 2 hands that are dealt).

Two hands of 2 cards are then dealt to the ‘house’ and ‘player’. The value for each hand is the sum total of the cards, although the 1st digit is ignored. For instance, a hand of five and six has a total of 1 (five plus six = eleven; dump the 1st ‘1′).

A 3rd card might be given out using the following rules:

- If the gambler or bank achieves a score of 8 or nine, both players stand.

- If the player has less than five, she takes a card. Players otherwise stay.

- If the player stays, the banker hits on a value lower than five. If the player takes a card, a table is used to decide if the house holds or hits.

Baccarat Banque Odds

The better of the 2 totals wins. Winning bets on the house pay out 19 to 20 (equal money minus a five percent rake. Commission are kept track of and paid off when you depart the table so ensure you have cash left over just before you quit). Winning wagers on the gambler pay 1:1. Winning wagers for tie typically pays out at eight to one but on occasion nine to one. (This is a poor bet as a tie occurs lower than 1 in every 10 rounds. Avoid betting on a tie. Although odds are substantially better for 9:1 vs. 8 to 1)

Gambled on correctly punto banco provides relatively decent odds, aside from the tie bet of course.

Baccarat Strategy

As with all games baccarat banque has a handful of general false impressions. One of which is similar to a absurdity in roulette. The past isn’t a prophecy of events yet to happen. Recording past results on a chart is a waste of paper and an insult to the tree that gave its life for our paper needs.

The most established and likely the most successful scheme is the one-three-two-six plan. This plan is used to build up profits and limit risk.

Begin by placing 1 dollar. If you win, add 1 more to the two on the game table for a total of three chips on the second bet. Should you succeed you will now have six on the table, take away four so you have two on the 3rd bet. If you succeed on the third wager, deposit 2 to the four on the game table for a total of 6 on the fourth wager.

If you lose on the 1st wager, you take a loss of 1. A profit on the first wager followed by a loss on the second brings about a loss of two. Wins on the 1st two with a loss on the third provides you with a take of two. And success on the initial 3 with a loss on the fourth means you experience no loss. Winning all 4 wagers leaves you with twelve, a take of 10. This means you are able to not win on the 2nd bet 5 instances for each favorable streak of 4 rounds and in the end, balance the books.
